I stayed for two nights from 12/1 to 14/1 and I enjoyed it . Room service is good and cleanliness of the room is well vacuum and bathroom I use shampoo to rise the floor due to my own habit . Overall good . Food needs improvement besides the nasi lemak as the only choice . Thanks

Towels provided were not clean. There were stains on top in addition to being stinky. Tried calling reception but the phone wasn’t working properly as well. Definitely overrated for being a 4-star hotel.
