Pros: Prime location: Steps away from Gurney Plaza Mall (a big plus!), making it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring. Ideal for families: The interconnected suite and standard room combination provided the perfect layout for my getaway with kids. They had their own space, yet we were still close by. Exemplary service: Both the on-site staff and the phone customer service agent were courteous and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Impeccable maintenance and cleanliness: The hotel was exceptionally well-maintained and spotlessly clean, exceeding my expectations. Room for improvement: Buffet selection: While the food was good, the menu felt limited and somewhat reminiscent of a 3-star hotel. Offering more variety and unique options would elevate the dining experience.

We had an XL room which consisted of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge area with a small kitchenette. Our daughters did need to come through our room to get to the lounge which is slightly odd but didn't bother us. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed floating on the colourful bean bags. The gym is large and not overly busy when we used it. The hotel connects to two malls and a great strip of alfresco dining.||Staff were friendly and the service was good. Breakfast was very popular both days we were there. They offered a wide range of food choices.||Overall, a very good place to stay.
