Nice hotel with private pool inside room. Concept similar to Grand Lexis Port Dickson but in Penang is highrise building with multi-storey parking. Ramp in & out for the parking is too narrow. Need to extra careful and slow down when using the ramp. Premium Pool Suite is room with Sea view and and separate area for bathroom. Meanwhile Executive Pool Suite is room with hill view and no separate area for bed and bathroom. Fun activities area is located at Level 8 with few of activites i.e. Kids Club (Indoor Playground), Karaoke (Need to pay), Spa (Need to pay), X-Box games (RM20 per hour), table tennis, Jenga, Carom, Chess, Gym and outdoor swimming pool. The only cons during our stay is the water supply issue. There is water shortage for whole island from Wednesday evening until our check-out today. But the worst one is on Wednesday evening until Thursday afternoon. Lot of customers affected and request for refund. Lucky when we arrive there is 2 water tank is ready to discharge to the hotel’s storage tank. There is minor water shortage around 8pm Thursday. But others is ok. For bed, is large enough for 3 kids to sleep with. No coffee machine inside room but have kettle to make coffee manually. There is also steam room in the suite beside the private pool. The hotel and room are beautiful, but we found dust anywhere, look like no person live there and nobody care the cleanliness. They have variety of recreation, BUT only Gym and Swimming pool able to use, others all decorations only.
