Feels like 3 star. Only the lobby looked five star. The toilet paper and tissues are the super cheap type. Cleanliness is also lacking. Found lots of hair on the bathroom and toilet floors. Obviously not cleaned after the previous guest checked out. There's no bellboy service to help carry your luggage after you reach as well.

5 night stay, Rooms clean a lovely, rooms. Service was amazing. Although the rooms boasted being sound proof it seemed like the door insulation was poor I could hear conversation outside my room and the insulation from the floor level 7 to level 6 was also poor, hearing loud footsteps, so that's why the 2 stars, birth probles worker me up multiple times.... dont advert a sound proof room when it's clearly just panels above the bed nothing more.
