I had an exceptional stay. The staff was incredibly attentive, the room was immaculate, and the amenities were top-notch. From the breakfast to the comfortable beds, and birthday decorations exceeded my expectations. The location (connected directly to Pavillion) was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Spend about RM1500 per night for a room, comes with breakfast. The location is great, just beside Pavillion, linked by an overhead bridge, and you can get to Pavillion without worrying of rain. The room is great with bath tub, rain forest shower, double sink toilet , separately toilet, and a bar counter. They provide very good amenities in the toilet, with 2 drawers of amenities for HIM and HER. The “pantry” comes with a coffee machine, mug and wine glasses. They offer 2 types of bathrobe for you to choose. For facilities, I find it lacking, with a simple gym and a small pool. For SPA facilities, you need to book a SPA package before you can use the sauna/steam room. Quite disappointed as I thought they should have a common steam room/sauna free for guests. If I will visit again? Not really, cos I can get a nice hotel with very good facilities at half the price. Well… if you like Banyan Tree brand name, why not!
