We stayed for three nights on our first visit to KL. We had a junior suite and it was really lovely. The bed was comfortable, the lounge area had the most amazing view, also with a large business desk for working. The bath and shower were both excellent, quality towels and linen. Very good blackout curtains.|The pool area was really inviting and next to the open air Italian hotel restaurant. If you didn’t want to eat at the hotel, you just had to go down one level to the intermark mall food court for some amazing Malay food.|We used the executive lounge for both breakfast and evening drinks and food. Both were excellent.|The service from all the staff was excellent. This is a great hotel and we will definitely stay again on our next trip

My wife and I are staying here for 5 nights and it has blown us away. It is a top tier hotel offering a beautiful view of the city, an incredibly luxurious pool area, and phenomenal gym equipped with a sauna. The hotel also offers great dining options and incredible views. What really makes it stand out if the staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful, this has been one of the best stays we’ve ever had.
