Exceptional stay in the Suite on the 52nd floor. Worth shelling out for the larger room, huge living room area, kitchen, and bedroom. Views from the room, pool, gym are stunning. Great room service options. Perfect location, close to two metro stations and the KLCC.

This hotel is cold. High points: - great location with easy access to the LRT - the Westin Heavenly bed - there’s ample parking ( RM15 / stay ) - free flow coffee / tea / hot chocolate - great views from the lobby / rooms due to its high-up location - there is a mynews convenience store tucked in a corner Low points - strange corners with a feeling of being ‘attacked’ - outer cladding design has bars across windows: blocking the spectacular views - lack of identity in art / design - there is no mirror in the suite bedroom, and no plug for the hair dryer in the bathroom. How does one style / dry their hair? - pool is covered and rather noisy if there are kids Verdict: good perhaps for a short stay / those on business. Not so for the staycationer or those who love indulgent, beautiful hotels.
