The hotel is clean and cozy, the check-in experience was nice, they will park the car for you with just RM10 per stay (excluded from room charge). The staff was helpful, stayed for 3 days 2 nights, the breakfast is quite limited of variety compare to other 5 stars hotel, but it was delicious though. The location of the hotel is very nearby to KL tower, within a walking distance, the hotel itself surrounded by cafes,restaurants and stalls, its so convenient to get dinner or lunch, also within walking distance. I stayed in the Executive Deluxe Room, it is very very spacious, there is working table and sofa bed, the entertainment is quite limited, with only few channels. The scenery from the pool is facing the KL tower, is just nice. Overall i would rate the stay 4.7/5.

Lovely hotel and Central enough location. Staff all friendly and welcoming.||Breakfast area is small and appears to get crowded around 9am, at which stage you may need to wait for a table. We ended up sitting outside as there were people ahead of us also waiting, good selection of breakfast buffet to choose from. ||Rooms are modern and very clean with a fridge also in the rooms. Rooms have UK plug sockets which was a bonus. ||The pool on the top floor has beautiful views of the city. Staff all friendly and welcoming but I don't think its as good as other 5 star hotels.
