My recent stay at Intercontinental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur during Sep 2023 was the BEST EVER. My stay was great, wonderful and unforgettable. I would like to take this opportunity to express my great thanks and deep appreciation to Front Desk Manager, Ms. Lily Baharom and staff for striving and exerting special extra efforts and care to achieve the so called "CUSTOMER DELIGHT" that far exceeds "Customer Satisfaction". At check-in, I received a warm sincere welcome as an IHG member. My room preferences were fulfilled. Room was perfect. House-Keeping services were excellent. Towels were clean and of good quality (very important for me). Buffet food at lounge, was tasty and lots of varieties and choices and friendly environment. Chief, Ms Alya was enthusiastic to cook food to my satisfaction My rating for this hotel is 10 out of 10. This hotel will continue to be my best and only choice."

Had a 5-day business event here and was quite OK with the big ballroom and function rooms, but the rooms is just OK I guess. The building is relatively old and you can tell it by the looks of the elevator interiors and the utility room doors and walls. But the hotel lobby looks amazing and the restaurant is excellent. Great location! Just next to LRT Ampang Park and near KLCC.
