This is a 2-star hotel, the amenities and service levels are corresponding to that. The rooms are small and no room service or cafe. But the place is one of the best 2-star accommodations I’ve been to. Staff is friendly, location is a few steps from a large mall, food joints, hairdressers, massage parlours and the Sentral station. rooms and washrooms are clean and pleasant, and the hotel allows free checkout till 2 pm. And best of all, the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and unsure of where to stay. Only thing that I’d recommend is to work on the WiFi, it kept dropping every few minutes for my devices.
Great value for money with a great location is what you can expect from NU hotel. It's right across NU sentral which is a shopping mall and going up the escalators will take you to KL sentral the transport hub giving you access to trains, buses and taxis. The rooms here are comfortable and there's WiFi, hot water and air conditioning. Can't really complain
