The location of the hotel is amazing. Just 500 meters walk from KL central metro station and mall, indian street is also within a kilometer from the hotel. But rooms are clean but very small windows show backyard of the town which is better closed. And i would recommend do not take breakfast option with hotel booking as they send to bear by restaurant where there are very few options for the hotel guest and only 1 limited meal can be taken with tea or coffee.
Actually the staff are nice, but the facilities and room cleanliness are so bad. We asked for housekeeping but they didn't clean the room by the time we went back and normally the hotel will provide water bottles for each day, we stayed for two nights and didn't get any water. We also asked for it but they didn't give us. The room itself is quite bad, smaller than the one shown in the photo. We stayed in the family room that has two queen beds. The beds are not clean, as me and the others get itchy and I got bitten by a bug. There are stains on the blanket, which I believe wasn't changed to a new one when we get in. I could still feel small particles under the blanket. The room service overall is not good compared to another My Hotel I've stayed in. The staff is kind enough to let us put our luggage in the luggage room, but there's the extent of their service. I know you're busy but you won't get any good reviews or recommendations from this kind of service. The only good thing is they have a working mini fridge and the location is very near to NU Sentral mall. Restaurants and minimarkets are nearby.
