We stayed with our kids at the Ruma. The hospitality of the staff was excellent. It was a holiday centered towards the kids, and the hotel was walking distance to KLCC park, aquarium, petronas towers etc. The water quality of the swimming pool could have been better. The spread of the breakfast was excellent. The quilts felt a little synthetic. The staff always greeted us with a smile. Though a business hotel it's a great holiday hotel too

The room was spacious, bathroom is modern, bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. The lighting was too dim. The table in the room was too far from the sofa, not comfortable at all, should do something on this. The complimentary of the free mini bar drinks & snacks was good. Buffet breakfast choice was limited and food was average, the seats are too big that we could not sit comfortably upright to enjoy food. Staff service was very good though.
