Not hygiene and aircon facing other side to bed...some stinky smell in bathroom and no flush... NOTE - TOURIST TAX collect from tourists not from resident pass holders.
Hotel hygiene terrible, stains on and under bedsheets, also there were red stains on it. The toilets were broken, the bathroom walls were broken, there were even urine stains on the sink. Room aircon not working, and some rooms stinks. The corridors were dark and have to ask the worker to come up to turn on the lights. The customer service was horrible too. They tried to accuse us from stealing their towels when clearly they didn't provide us in the first place.
