Good location facing by paradigm mall and surrounded by many restaurants around . 7/11 is Infront of the entrance of the hotel.. when I want to talk about the , Staff I'll start by Lonia the supervisor which is very helpful and flexable and easy to communicate and deal with . And the Reception Staff , Ezlynn and Kamarul they were so helpful all the time , and when I wanna talk about the room were so tight and clean Super clean honestly and I would like to mention Angella for keeping our room tidy every day for 3weeks. I do appreciate you guys for your hard work thanks 🙏🏻
Got room 107 family room (3 single beds). Space is quite tight but ok for one night. Don't like the smell of smoke in the room, previous occupants must have smoked in here. The lift is to the left of the reception area, you have to walk outside then find the lift to go up to level 2 to access the room. When you exit the lift, turn right and find the second door to access the rooms with the access card. Price is ok, room is clean, and I like that they provide a bottle of water for each person as well as coffee packet and kettle to make coffee. Smoke smell and parking not so good.
