Recently I had the privilege of attending a wedding dinner at the Hotel Ballroom, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the sheer elegance and grandeur of the space. The ballroom's ambiance was enchanting, with exquisite decor and lighting that set the perfect mood for the occasion. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the beautifully arranged tables to the stunning floral centerpieces that added a touch of romance to the atmosphere. But it wasn't just the aesthetics that impressed me; the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and attended to. The waitstaff was attentive and courteous, ensuring that our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. And then there was the food. The culinary experience was truly amazing. We are satisfied with most of the food especially soup. Overall, my had a pleasant evening the Hotel Ballroom was nothing short of exceptional. It left a lasting impression, not only for the beautiful setting but also for the impeccable service and outstanding cuisine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this venue for any special occasion, as it truly exceeded all expectations. Thank you for creating such a magical evening! 🌟👰🤵

Stayed at the suite on the 24th floor and had a delightful time at the business lounge on the 29th floor. The staff were all so friendly and obliging as you would expect of an international hotel chain of renown. Food was delicious. Drinks were standard. Parking was a little complex as it shares the same space with Paradigm Mall, and you have to go round and round to look for the hotel lobby if you want to park nearby or risk getting lost in the underground labyrinth
