We checked in from 24 Nov to 27 Nov. |(1) The apartment/hotel room was good as what we have requested from our booking, this was fulfilled. |(2) Credit to housekeeping team for always maintain what we have requested. The water heater in the room needs to be checked. Credit to ALL the front office team, especially Adil and Najwa. |(3) We had breakfast on 25 Nov and 27 Nov. Food was good BUT can be improved. We do hope that the hotel will send the two ladies at the restaurant (waitress) on 27 Nov for more customer service courses and English class. One of them seems lost on 27 Nov for the breakfast list as if she was not sure what was stated there. They have to be attentive and smile always too and to note that they are in hospitality industry. |(4) The hotel should assign more signage if for those who drives and not sure where to park or check in with luggage, especially at the front entrance either the Starbucks or McDonald site. |(5) Not too sure if the hotel will conduct Fire Drill but hopefully its done and to check on the fire extinguisher check on yearly basis since its an apartment/hotel.|Lastly we will come back, because we love the atmosphere, especially the room view (high floor with the beautiful mosque view). Thank you Mercure for the hospitality! Room 2007.

Newly hotel just about a year operating... Should we get started ||Location: |30km to KLIA 1/2, 30km to downtown city. |Near to Putrajaya government department. |Zero KM to mall (the hotel is above the shopping mall) but sadly the mall is kinda empty. ||Parking: |Parking is completely complementary for in house guess. (At the moment) ||Swimming pool: |Is sharing with residential condo, but is nice n huge, clean. 👍👍||Gym: |Well equipment, looking out to swimming pool. ||Lobby: |Huge large, but not blink blink glamour, clean n tidy. |Check in was fast 5-8min well ready to the room. 👍👍Thumbs up for frontoffice reception||Room: |Booked is 2bedroom (1Queen 1Single) get upgraded to Superior Apartment (1Queen 2single) |Everything is in good condition well keep and function. 👍👍👍 Good job to housekeeping team.||Food:|In-house there's a lounge located to the top floor alongside with meeting rooms. |Some café n restaurants in the mall, the fastest is to get too food is MCcd.|Cons / downside: |Main entrance, is not facing main road.
