Stayed for one night at the hotel for business meeting. Was disappointed with the hotel. Room was decent but the shower stall drainage was stuck and toilet floods after shower. Food was at best average. Coffee was diluted. Lunch Buffett selection was also poor. Food tasted bland and unexciting. While the hotel was undergoing some renovations, we had paid 5 star prices. So the expectation was we get international standard food and was really disappointed with the overall maintenance of the place.

Oh how the mighty had fallen. This used to be Shangri-la, so the location is great, but that's all the good that's left. The rooms are poorly poorly maintained. There are wall papers that are peeling off. Superficial painting over water damage. Spider web in the lobby. You could scrape up a layer of residue in the sink with your nails! And ants! Lots of ants in the room! They are small but sometimes they bite! Also Karaoke when eating lunch? Google needs to re rate this "5 star" hotel.
