I spent 4 hotel nights there recently.||Good: |Strategic location to government office, close to Alamanda mall. Free parking. Room decor was nice and pleasing. Breakfast buffet was great with wide range of food to choose. |||Bad:|The room was small. Had to find ways to position the prayer mat. Limited area. The tab in the toilet leaked when used the bidet. The most unacceptable was the ala carte dinning. It was not in the common restaurant. We were sent to the basement, next to the parking area. Small eating area with few tables with only 2 chairs at each table along a corridor. Hotel staff gathered there and perhaps having their break. Bit noisy. It looked more like a stall than a hotel eatery. Mind you, the food price was not cheap though the facilities looked cheap.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Everly Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, the customer reception left much to be desired as there was a considerable delay in receiving access to my room. Despite having made a reservation well in advance, I was left waiting for an extended period until 15:00pm. This delay was not only inconvenient but also reflected poorly on the hotel’s efficiency and service standards.
