Transporter Vasan stated that I had to pay 30 MYR for transport each side from the airport to the hotel, even though I showed them the written communication from the hotel saying that I had to pay 30MYR for the whole trip, on both sides. The hotel staff the night before had also confirmed that I had to pay 30MYR in total as well. Vasan was very rude and disrespectful and made a solo female traveller feel very unsafe. I felt very threatened, and exploited by him as he knew that there was no way for me to get back to the airport and I would miss my flight. He utilized this opportunity to make a quick profit by lying, and manipulating my need to get back to the airport to catch my flight.||||He stated that I was late exiting the airport last night and had made the driver wait - even though I had communicated well in advance that my flight had been delayed. This was followed by immigration clearance being slow - both issues that I had absolutely no control over.||||Overall, he was very threatening, and made the overall experience highly unsafe and traumatic. He should certainly reassess the manner in which he communicates with clients, and management should ensure that he does not continue with this highly disrespectful behaviour.||||The hotel overall is not well-maintained. The rooms and public areas are dirty. The bed sheet, and pillows are stained. The bathroom is unclean and very unhygienic. ||||Would not recommend.
