Despite the hotel's proximity to the airport, the way the roads flow makes it a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride. The hotel front-desk was able to arrange a taxi to/from the airport and to/from the city at much better rates than I could find. All staff were pleasant and VERY helpful, notably Aisha at front desk. The building was very clean; all room amenities were in good order. The hotel is in a quiet, quaint rural area and the were a few restaurants nearby that were basic but had excellent food. The closest ATM was a 7-minute walk down the road to a service station. The local 7-11 had beer and other convenience items and could be reached by a 4 to 5 minute walk. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Kuala Lumpur. They, in my opinion,represent good value.
