Old building with ongoing renovation. Very spacious and comfortable room. But the pillow is a little heavy for me. Breakfast spread is delicious but its the same menu for 2 days in a row. Wish for more varieties of food. Overall nice experience and very helpful staff

Staff is not friendly and i did not feel welcome. Hotel is still under renovation. Kids pool is still in progress. Stayed on 31.12.2023, the hotel provided great firework show. The newly renovated executive deluxe king room is very clean and comfortable. However, club lounge closed during my stay. no personalise check in available. Them move the club lounge to lobby lounge make me no feeling of privacy and the quality of the food is not good. 8pm i asked for coffee at the lobby lounge and told was finished and the coffee machine is dismantled, no intention to let the guest to enjoy. i asked for sprite or 7up was told not available in can, but i can see there more 1.5 liters available but did not provide to me. overall, customer care is total failure.
