Just come back from this resort for family vacation. Very disappointed as compared to last time we came here (about 10 years ago)... the house is a bit clean but not well maintained. The furniture is a bit old. The airconds are not well maintained, complaint several time but nobody's came to fix it unless changed the remote control. However, I see there will be opportunities more people come stay here if the management improve/repair the building, add attractive activities for kids during holidays, provide meeting rooms for businesses' rental etc.
At first i check in for studio unit, the unit was terrible, bathroom's floor was dirty & all their furniture are deteriorated terrible, was requesting to change another room, but that day was having an event there so they have no other unit than studio for exchange, so i was requesting for refund, their service was so bad, the manager keep shirk their responsibility to agoda, she told us due to agoda policy can't refund, so i directly contacted agoda customer service and they had agreed for refund, while after the hotel reject for refund, I just call the manager immeadiately but she keep shirk her responsibility, overall it was a terrible stay with the hotel, doesn't recommended anyone to this property, surely you will get regret! Their room all deteriorated & they doesn't want to maintain it at all! Bad experience with this trip!
