This is not 4 star hotel , not even close!! The bathroom was dirty , seemed not be cleaned after the previous guest. Very rude reception and unfriendly staff . Very uncomfortable beds . Not worth it save your money!

Service is… quite neutral. I anticipate the non presence of the requested baby bed. Of course it wasn’t there. Service in general was not the best in Netherlands. Hôtel must have been brand new at the time, now it has aged. Good point it is quite safe (closed parking and keys for access to stairs). Quite clean except for some dust. No carpet which is good, except in the hall where it smells like cigaret. For the price on this day, very ok, but it could have excellent value with not much more
