Stayed at CitizenM for a long weekend (female solo traveller) and I Will definitely be staying again on my return visit to Rotterdam. I felt completely safe at all times, the hotel gives off a really cool vibe and the staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was fab! It had everything I needed and the decor is cool! ||I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family if they are visiting Rotterdam, the location of it is perfect. ||

I liked everything and the tech was almost on point, just needs a few tweaks. The temperature control did not seem to work correctly, however the room temperature was good enough. A TV remote would be very useful when casting content so I don't need to use my phone every single time.||Apart from that I loved it, room super cosy and comfy, very location and view.
