Never been there but got this picture from a collegue. A hotel is supposed to be a second home, so if I find signs in my room that I cannot order outside food to eat in my room that I paid for, you are not a hotel but more of a prison....not for me to stay there I like my hotels to feel kind of at home..

room was fine, the room I booked they said did not exist, and I then had to pay for a different room that felt like a big downgrade in a building which was opposite of the main hotel. Breakfast staff demands you pay for breakfast prior to getting anything (and this must be done at the reception). The rooms have no hairdryer or shampoo which seems crazy for a 4star hotel. . Great for a quiet overnight after a long flight or before one but not much else.
