The hotel itself is nice and clean but feels a bit odd. The reception is downstairs in a restaurant, to get to the rooms you need to get through a separate entrance. The layout of the hotel is not well designed. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for a Motto hotel. All basic accessories available. Big fresh made bed, clean room. The hotel is located very conveniently, not far away from the market hall and many restaurants and bars We decided to check out far after 12.00 but this wasn't an issue. Now the not so good parts: Absolutely 0 recognising for diamond members Not sure if staff is trained properly. It's tot Hilton type services that you receive. Food and beverage credit will get you like 2 croissant and 2 small smoothies in the morning (they gave us 20 eur vouchers!!) Parking is available but nobody tells you to come to the reception first to arrange the parking resulting in extra fees for parking which could've been avoided. Restaurant is overpriced and not worth the money. Sorry, I will not be back, next time we will book the normal Hilton in Rotterdam. Same price better service.

Cold and dirty room with ice cold concrete tiles in bathroom area. Got noisy electric heater which was impossible to use during the night time The room was dark with only small locked window to balcony with grills. The cleaning lady came to to the room and waked up on early Saturday morning. Excellent location and Fabolous fish restaurant Pesca located in the same building as the hotel (the hotel do not have its own catering services).
