Just like other NH Hotels, the rooms are very dated. However, i find it fairly clean. Checked the beds and found no bedbugs. My son's crib was also clean. Location is very good. Breakfast food and staff are really nice. Its a plus for us that we were able to check out at 3pm for free because we were members. All in all, i understand that the hotel doesn't really look clean, but for us, we didn't sleep in the lobby so the hotel room is the most important.

Absolutely disgraceful! By far the most appalling hotel experience I've ever encountered. I'd give zero stars if I could. Reserved and PREPAID for 4 rooms for a business trip. Booked a week in advance, only to be informed on arrival that half of our group wouldn't be accommodated because they didn’t “check-in on time”. Our rooms were sold out from under us to other guests despite our prior payment! Imagine working 10 hours at an event, arriving exhausted late at night, and being thrown out on a rainy night with nowhere to go. No apologies, no solutions. Instead, we got the ridiculous suggestion to wait in the lobby until 7 AM for a CHANCE at a room, and when asked if we'd certainly get one, we received a nonchalant “the sun could shine, it could rain”. Seriously? They pocketed 550 euros without even offering a refund. We had to resort to a 250-euro taxi to sleep in a bed for the night. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid NH Hotel at all costs. A complete and utter disrespect for their customers.
