Fantastic hotel. I would have easily given 5 stars if it wasn’t because of the recommended car parking facilities. Stayed 1 night at this amazing hotel. But when I came to pick up my car from the Q-parking below the hotel the rear window of my car had been smashed. I didn’t leave anything in the car so nothing got taken. So just a case of vandalism. I went back up to reception to ask for help in reporting it to the police, and if they could help with taping up the broken window. But no help except for providing a phone number to the police - which was a wrong number!|If it wasn’t because of the hotel recommending the car park I wouldn’t have stayed here. 35 euro for 24 hours is led 1100 euros to replace window! A very expensive 24 hours! Looking at Google reviews for the Q-Parking, it looks like it is a very regular occurrence with cars being broken into, so why is the hotel still recommending the Q-parking??

Excellent location, 5min fromt eh tube station. Amazing view of the bridge! The staff was awesome, very polite, friendly, great experience! Facilities are quite modern and is a nice place to stay. Had problmes with the heating in my room, but the staff offer some support.
