Really nice place to stay. Quite modern and clean. Personnel was very kind and ready to help any time. Also food was great. After all I'm checking out with positive emotions.

When we checked-in nobody was there to help with luggage. We had around 4 suitcases and no one bothered to give a hand. Then we went to their restaurant for dinner and the menu was disappointing. There was no chicken, lamb or vegetarian option available. It was all beef dishes and one fish dish. Very over priced. We booked a double bedroom but in the room two individual beds were put together with individual duvet. It's common sense when you book a double bedroom then you should be given one big duvet. Bed mattress was really thin and it wasn't up to the mark. There was no water bottle or kettle for tea or coffee in the room. Food and breakfast was okay. Service wasn't that great. During breakfast there was no cutleries or napkins on the table. Everything was you help yourself. Overall, it's not a 4 star hotel as there were many things missing including the service. I would say it's a 3 star hotel.
