We had a great stay for one night in January 2024. I was pleasantly surprised, the hotel was bigger than I expected. Basic rooms were clean, a little small - but that was fine for us. No noise complaints. We had a superior twin queen for one adult and 3 kids (sharing 2 beds). All staff were friendly and accommodating. We ate at the restaurant which was quick and easy but a little drab - standard hotel restaurant setting but good food. Gluten free beef burger was good. Kids were happy with their meals. Others were enjoying the pool and spa but we skipped that. Transport was easy with a hotel shuttle to and from the airport with a friendly driver. Only a few kilometres from the airport. Would stay again.

My experience with this hotel has been nothing less than amazing, the staff have been nothing but kind during the duration of our stay and we always felt welcomed. The food is delicious! We loved eating there, breakfast and dinner with their various options on the menu (I would definitely recommend the cheesecake for dinner on the dessert menu). The service not only felt welcoming but the people are so kind and they show it with their actions and the way they talk. The service at the front desk, the dining and even the cleaning service as we would always come back to a clean, tidy room on every occasion we were out. The location of Heartland Hotel is close to everything in only 5 mins radius through public transport, that’s what allowed us to get easy access to the shops as well when we needed. These are the reasons why I give heartland hotel 5 stars all around because they deserved it with their 5 stars service. Happy New Year and God bless!
