This is a very strange hotel. Firstly, don’t believe anything on their website. We booked a tower executive suite on the basis that the pictures on their website shows the room has a view of the harbour. unfortunately that is only the case if you are lucky or like me, complain. Our original room had a view of a basket ball or tennis court (can’t remember exactly) and the office building opposite. After complaining we did eventually get a room with a view. The room was quite spacious and had good facilities. Washing machine, dryer, kitchen etc.| Also their website said they had a bar. They didn’t. |We booked this hotel as it has a rooftop pool from which you can watch the NY eve fireworks. We assumed we’d be assured a place on the roof and that there would be a bar. This was not the case. They had room for 180 people on a first come first served basis and there was no bar, no music, no decent seating, just a rooftop pool where you had to stand for an hour (to be assured access) then watch very average fireworks. Very disappointed.

When we first arrived we were unsure about the area, but once we got our bearings it was fine. It is a large hotel separated by private businesses so if you are in the tower you will have a bit of a walk to the front reception. When we checked in we asked if the room had a bath and were told no,but after the receptionist spoke to her supervisor we were given a room with a bath. The room was large and although it could do with updating it was a nice large room, we appreciated the washer and dryer I the room and ofcourse the bath. We spent time by the roof top pool and in the hot tub.Would stay here again
