Summary 4/5: Comfy, quiet and convenient place to stay for a stopover between flights. Expensive. Service 5/5: We checked in after midnight after a long haul flight, the seamless and fast check in experience is exactly what we needed. The info shared is clear and precise. Checkout was also easy, just a key drop and we are off. Room 4/5: Room with modern facilities, although we don't really get to use most of it. The bed was really comfortable and soft, the shower has the heated water that we need, the room is so quiet that you barely hear any sound from outside, be it from the airport or from the next room or corridor. Our only issue was the price, very steep price for a < 10 hours stay. Location 5/5: Right in front of the Auckland International Airport, you just need to cross the road (zebra crossing available). The shuttle bus transit to/from domestic airport stopping also just across the hotel. All barely 2 minutes walk. Food 3/5: Best to opt in for the buffet breakfast, otherwise, there's not much option other than airport food, especially if you are catching an early flight. The buffet breakfast has decent spread to get started for the day.

Location is great but only 1 experience staff at check in and the young porter were great. The rest of the staff lack warmth and hospitality and customer service standards have dropped compared to previous stays. Will try Pullman next time though same company, different staff. No more valet or close parking options is also sad esp. with lots of loud construction.
