We stayed for a concert at Spark arena which was super close and convenient for the (steep) walk back. The room was as pictured and check in was easy. We ordered the steak from room service menu and it was a highlight of our stay. So tender and well seasoned :) A busy hotel, we had buffet breakfast included which we arrived just after 8am. By 8.30 there was a line of people waiting for a table so definitely recommend getting in early. Pool area was nice, would love to go back in the summer when the whole area is open.

For a Pullman hotel/apartment this is the worst experience we have had. We were at reception every day for an issue with the furniture, lights, appliances. When the coffee maker broke we asked to get it replaced, were told it would take 20min, but the person didn't show up until 2hrs later. So many lights burnt out that by the time we left half the room was dark - no one ever came to fix them. Cabinets and furniture where half broken. During happy hour at the bar, they tried to charge us full price on 2 different days and then laughed it off when we asked why. At no point did anyone try to make our stay comfortable. There were 2 people that were actually nice and knowledgeable everyone else didn't care about anything. Someone from corporate needs to review this place and fire the management team.
