Service in the hotel outstanding! Every staff member amazing! Food venues need to get a little training from their hotel counterparts…. Not bad service by any means but not as attentive as the hotel staff. Food was excellent. Rooms lovely. Location maybe a block away from action however that means a quieter evening so makes me happy. Roof top bar great view/vibe. Will stay again.

The location to the dockside area of Auckland was really fantastic. Only a short walk to Queen Street, nearby restaurants and the nightlife. The room was very well styled and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and amenities lived up to the expectations of a QT hotel. The staff very very friendly and the rooftop bar was a great spot to grab a drink. Would define stay here again.
