Great location, great room, not the best view but still fine. Wouldn't really recommend the room service, super pricey for what you get but we were exhausted so did it anyway lol. The lady we spoke to when we checked in was in training and didn't know about where we could park our car which i thought was odd, would think that would be a thing that comes up a lot. But we did get it sorted. Still a great stay and would absolutely recommend for auckland. The area is a lot less dodgy than everywhere else and it's super close to mr taco (amazing authentic tacos!).

Fantastic stay! The welcoming and friendly staff, really adds so much more value to your stay. The communication from the hotel prior to arrival was brilliant. Location for eating out and exploring cdb is right on your doorstep. The room was clean and suited our needs. Bonus in room sky sports channels ! Up the wahs! Indoor Spa,and pool was great. Gym and sauna too.
