I stayed 4 nights and they charge me more than I booked with Booking. Com. First I checked in, they charge me $300more and pay back less without any notice or invoice. If I did not check my back account. They can easily charge more. If I touch any Hotel amenity. I understand. But I did not. I sent a text to booking. Com. They Ignore it. And just emailed voco Auckland. ignore it again. Tried ihg chatting about this. Chatting system made me waste of my time. Useless. Seems like No one working for answering their Email or their reservation system.I do not know How many times I need to Email them. It happened from another Hotel in Auckland. But they answered right away and pay back promptly. But this Hotel did not answer at all. Best hotel ever.

Excellent room, facilities and service. Easy to get to, close to some great Auckland attractions, with food and a rooftop bar on site. There are self-service filtered water taps on each floor which was super handy. I loved my stay and would definitely go back!
