The park was clean and respectable when first entered however during the stay, there were issues that shouldn't have occurred. The oven wouldn't work for dinners and hearing maintenence say the oven was just put in, the appliances should've been tested before customers checked in. Customers should not need to pay for wifi considering the price of the accommodation nor the recreations should be enjoyable without price for family fun. Overall the accommodation was do-able and relaxing to sleep in.
We booked a campsite online for 2 nights. Upon check in Tracey at reception was extremely polite and helpful, everything was easy and straight forward. Went to our camp spot and noticed we would be camping in 25+ degree heat directly full range of the sun all day. Went back to reception to ask if we could change spots to somewhere more shaded as I'm quite pregnant. Tracey was a star and changed us with no hesitation, extremely grateful! Overall great place to camp, very clean everywhere, great facilities, can't fault anything!! Thanks Top10 Hastings! We will for sure be back again. 10/10 👍
