Jim and the team at Bella Vista at New Plymouth are awesome. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The bed is a good firmness and comfortable. Great hot water and water pressure. There is good speed WiFi and complimentary use of umbrellas (if needed). The location is great, the waterfront is at the end of the block - easy walking distance to good coffee, food, art and attractions. I stayed one night for business, and then unfortunately had my return flight cancelled so had an unexpected return trip to the motel the next night. Jim greeted me, organised a new room, fresh milk and then the weather. Big thumbs up to Jim and the team - thoroughly recommend for work or pleasure.
