Close to everything, tidy, clean, excellent service from the young girl who was on, who helped us with the T.V ..... good service from staff in general. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars for location and room........was because two cups had tea/coffee stains and the flat top stove top needs to have a window scrapper used on it to get the dry burnt crust build up off.... miner things easily fixed.... There is slight traffic noise from the room we were in but to be expected because of location. Overall a good stay ....would recommend staying, enjoyed my stay.
Close to the centre of town. Excellent customer service, really friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Rooms are fantastic. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. It had a full kitchen, with everything you would need, including fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, and stove top. Utensils and plates, bowls, cups, and glasses. The beds were comfortable. The heat pump made the whole apartment lovely and warm. Filtered water on the tap. The bathroom had a shower and jetted spa bath combination. The TV had sky with loads of channels. The oldest stone cathedral in New Zealand is just across the road, as well as a heritage rose garden with great photo op of the mountain, and the windwand & coastal walkway are just down the hill. I can't say anything else except that it's a great value for money place to stay in the heart of New Plymouth. Would highly recommend it to all!
