Being in hospitality ourselves we can often be hard to please. However, Millenium met all our expectations plus more. The rooms were exceptionally clean (something that we value extremely highly), the staff attentive and the location excellent. Several previous reviews have mentioned the parking but we found the staff willing to help solve our initial issue and for the next 3 days had no trouble finding room to park. We had breakfast at Salt each morning and were thrilled with the food and the service...nothing was a bother. Thank you Millenium...we will highly recommend you to anyone travelling your way and will return ourselves one day...keep up the great work!

We used New Plymouth as a half way point back to Auckland and needed a place for the night. I wish we had been able to stay longer, bc the hotel was super nice! The rooms were spacious and clean...the linens and beds were extremely comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful -- there was absolutely nothing about this hotel that I didn't like!
