We booked one night here knowing it was quite run down and dirty because there was no other cheap place to host our bigger group. We risked it as the hot stream is a 8 minute walk away and very pleasant. We needed a fold out bed in one room that was terrible. Not meant for any adult. It had a 2 inch mattress topper on a thin wire, unsupported frame that squeaked with the absolute slightest movement. The duvet provided with it had mold and dirt on the cover as clearly it sat on the bed unused for a while. Bathroom had been done up recently but shower head was broken and would not stay hung up. Beds were clean but hard to trust how clean. There was a giant rat in the stream. The place is huge and very unorganised and hard to find your way. One of the three person rooms could be worth it but don’t be surprised when it isn’t.
