I recently spent two nights at the hotel, and the experience has etched itself as one of the most memorable getaways I've had. 1. Location: Road Trip Extravaganza So, we rolled in after a 3-hour drive from the airport, but the Front Office crew made check-in a breeze. And get this, the mountain air totally washed away the city chaos. Worth every mile. 2. Room: Room with a View Our room was like a postcard, with a killer mountain view. Pure bliss. 3. Experience Tour: Village Hopping Fun Big shoutout to our tour guide (sorry, I forgot his name because their name is not familiar with me). He was a superstar, mixing culture lessons with mega friendliness. And if you're into snapping landscape pics, the tour is a must. 4. Food: Local Goodness Galore The grub was next level. Local ingredients, fresh flavors, and a cool vibe. I practically savored every bite. That night, it had an acoustic music live band which was super. 5. Hotel Design: Instagram Heaven The whole place had this cool Arabic vibe that blended seamlessly with nature. It was like an Instagram dream come true. 6. Spa: Thai Time Bliss Not surprise as Thai-inspired and seriously the most relaxing part of the trip. I have been in a few Anantara hotels, as they are a Thai rooted company so their standard was maintain very well here. 7. Sustainability: High-Fives for Being Green They're all about being green, and it shows in the little things. Kudos for caring about the planet! The best thing I have to mention is the staff. Super friendly, always there, and just made the whole experience top-notch. Shoutout to the Front Office crew, the awesome tour guide, and everyone in between. If you're on the lookout for a place that mixes luxury with nature vibes, Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar is the best place. P.s: If you love cat, you will see them around, super cute!
