it's an adult only hotel, which makes it perfect for those people who are looking for some quite and peace. The room are very comfy, cozy and well equipoed. the staff is amazing. Rasha from the reception is an absolute star and Maulid from the HK, is a super kind and professional person! thank you so much for let us feel at home!

Very bad experience - no Maintanance, no one here to assist you. Only reception will answer the calls from Fanar and will say we will do it but at the time and as needed. Feel frustrated and everything arranged from Fanar. If you book again you will become mad. It’s like waste of money whenever you call reception they saying hotel is closed already only apartment we are using but service is very poor and not on time especially here. The price different is too much compare to Fanar and I not even feel the comfortable for 3 star but unfortunately this hotel is 4 star hotel. Note: I don’t know about Fanar and I heard from some of my friends who stayed in Fanar they said the same. At the end waste of time and money.
