During our check in we didn’t able to have any issues, the one who assisted us from the reception is good. The room is good enough since we will stay there only after our tour, but during the time of our stay, one incident from the receptionist (Mahmood) happened, our driver only asked him if there’s two Filipino’s staying there on the hotel that receptionist said no right away without even checking on your system, also there’s some noise starting from 8am onwards,not sure if that is from the same bldg or on the opposite side of the hotel, anyway i hope you can fix that issue since most of the people staying on the hotel needs enough rest. Lastly, When were about to checkout- again that Mahmood from the reception asking for 20 rials additional , and we were like shocked since from the time that we check in there’s no any information with us regarding that additional payment, we also showed him the online booking , the date and the price and our room number ,he just simply said “i know”. To make the story short we didn’t pay that 20 rials since he was wrong about our room number. We almost missed our flight because of that incident. I hope that your staff/s will be more cautious and knowledgeable about their work.
