The hotel is located very close to the new Grand Mall and the city. That’s nice! You can take a shuttle to the beach (10 minutes). Lunch is also served at the beach. But Unfortunately, the hotel guests walk around the dining area barefoot and only wearing swimwear. It's very unhygienic. I ate there once and then never again because I was disgusted. The hotel pool is very nice and large. The employees at the pool reserve the sunbeds for some hotel guests for money. This meant that some sunbeds were sometimes unoccupied for more than 4-5 hours. Some hotel guests had to lie on the floor with their towel. Sunbeds should not be allowed to be reserved. The room cleaning was very good and the cleaners were always super friendly!!!

Room was large, very clean and cozy! Food was very tasty however the menu is pretty static. All the staff was very friendly and fulfilling any our request! There is a nice pool on the hotel site. There is a beach club where you can go with hotel bus within 10min. The beach facility is pretty good as well. I also enjoyed the massages which you can have either in the hotel's spa or at the beach club facility. The great surprise was the Grand Mall which is located near by hotel - you can find anything there! If you walk even further there is amazing boutique market behind the McDonald - worth a visit! Lastly I want to thank to Rayhan who is very nice guy, 100% committed on his duty to keep your room tided up!!
