The hospitality services went above and beyond, prioritising guest feedback and continuous improvement. The hotel's commitment to high-quality service left a lasting impression. The food was not only delectable but also served with meticulous attention to detail. The overall cleanliness and inviting atmosphere further enhanced the positive experience. One remarkable aspect was the effective management, especially under the guidance of Mr. Afifi. His kindness, hospitality, and friendliness created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making my visit truly enjoyable. Mr. Afifi's intelligence shone through in the seamless operation of the hotel, efficiently addressing guests' needs. His approachable and accommodating demeanor added a personal touch to the overall experience, leaving a lasting positive impression. I wholeheartedly commend Mr. Afifi for his exemplary leadership, undoubtedly contributing to the hotel's success. Despite my brief visit, the place exuded a magical and chic vibe, creating a truly enjoyable environment. I quite enjoyed my stay but there were some setbacks ... Pros: • Staff/Services - always helpful, greeting, pro-client oriented • Overal environment and common areas well-kept • Easy access to the sea, good looking beach, clean water • Decent food, lots of fresh fruit/vegetable (sometimes chicken a little bit uncooked or containing bones; sometimes not much to choose from) • Soft drinks - no cheap replacements, original (or postmix) PepsiCo products Cons: • It's not a 5 star hotel (in comparison to EU/US hotels), more of a 3+, especially because of obsolete hotel rooms, even though cleaned on daily basis, there were things that would deserve to be replaced or repaired (cracked bath; 30 cm shower head but poor water stream and coming from 5 cm2 area; old and squeaky cupboards; wooden furnite paint cracked everywhere (balcony doors, balustrade, silicone next to the bath/everywhere on the glass quite disgusting - brownish/blackish and disintegratíng, tenting floor tiles) • SPACIOUS FAMILY OCEAN ROOM - well, I received a room that was that far from the sea that I could barely see it (Cluster 9) • LOUD ITALIANS - Every single night (ending either 11 PM or 12 PM) EXTREMELY LOUD PROGRAM in the amphitheatre. If your room is next to it (e.g. cluster 9), you have no chance to sleep (or even watch a movie); also extremely loud program at the beach - Bravo part (shouting in the mic all the time) • beach beds crumbling, often not-so-good-looking towels (pulled threads, dirty, holey) - especially the ones at the beach • not much to do after sunset (lack of shops or other attractions in the area) • beer tasted like ..., never cooled enough, not tasty at all - wouldn't it be easier not to pour it from cans but use kegs instead?
