A wonderful resort with amazing service!! The staff went an extra length to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Chef Talah was just amazing!! He looked after us like family and served us with whatever we asked for including hot naan and roti! Nothing was too much trouble for him despite the resort being full. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The facilities provided were more than adequate. Our special thanks to Sanjay Kaish Sandeep and Ajit who gave us such special service that we could have quite happily extended our stay.|Definitely worth a re visit if for nothing else then just to enjoy that hospitality.|Thank you everyone for making it such a memorable stay|Fondest regards from Asmita Ragini and Hiten
Our stay at DusitD2 Jebel Akdhar was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the entire staff and crew. Special gratitude to Mahir, the Room Director, whose exceptional service significantly contributed to our great experience. Mahmood from F&B was incredibly helpful. Ameer, April, Santosh, Shaima, and the entire restaurant staff did a fantastic job. Kartikeyan from housekeeping exhibited passion and dedication in his role. Bright, the activities coordinator, and the inspiring individual from Zimbabwe added a memorable touch. The caring Kids Club caretaker enhanced our experience.
