A seemingly posh hotel at a location that can only be accessed by car; otherwise you are stranded between a dense forest and the sea. The hotel is good for a short two or three days stay, staying longer becomes tedious. There The strong tides bare the rocky volcanic bottom of the sea most of the day, with relatively short periods when the sea is deep enough for a dip. Plenty of interesting birds and iguanas on the beach and in the mangrove vegetation. Beware of flavoured water from stands in the lobby and at breakfast, this is virtually certain tap water with added pieces of fruit, it is not necessarily safe to drink.

Well I went with my hubby, it was a.shirt trip but had a great time. Enjoyed the beach view. My hubby just loved the part of the booze. But overall the resort/food/staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend going there if you are planning a couple's retreat or even just to relax....I even saw lots of kids and activities for them. But in my personal opinion, I enjoyed it bc I got to be lazy and just truly relax from all even from the hubby lol.
