Great experience from start to finish, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bellman, Wilfredo was wonderful and always had a smile on his face. When we checked in to our room we noticed it was kind of noisy due to being right next to the road. We asked if we would could change rooms and they were able to quickly accommodate us to a much quieter room. We loved the ambiance of the outdoor eating area with the pool, and it was so fun to feed the giant tortoise fruit in the morning. Highly recommended this hotel for your stay! ||Note:|If you want to be right near all the restaurants, this may not be the hotel for you. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the main drag.
