I recently enjoyed a delightful 4-day stay at Astoria Current in Boracay, and my experience left me pleasantly surprised. The warm and welcoming atmosphere at the hotel was truly exceptional. The staff made a consistent effort to greet and assist guests with genuine care. The facilities, while mostly well-maintained, had a few minor quirks that didn't detract from the overall vacation experience. The rooms were clean and offered ample space for comfort. The only drawback I could find was the hotel's location, which could have been more convenient if it were closer to station 2. However, this was a minor inconvenience. The hotel boasts a decently sized pool, strategically placed between the buildings, offering shade, especially during the scorching noon hours. The Parasol, the on-site restaurant, stood out as a highlight. Their buffet was our go-to choice when we wanted variety. Furthermore, the nightly fire dance and live music performances added an extra layer of entertainment for the guests. I must extend my appreciation to the exceptional restaurant crew, particularly Alvin, Kyle, Joy, and Leo. Their dedication and attentiveness elevated our vacation experience, making it memorable and thoroughly enjoyable. They consistently went above and beyond, surpassing all of our expectations.
